If you need confirmation that the requested updates have been made and this is not visible in your account, you can request verification through the contact details listed below (See “Contact Us Superb”).
Access to Information on Personal Data Use/Disclosure and Portability
You have the right to request a summary of the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for the past 12 months. This request should be submitted to Superb Living Property Management, as we control this data. While we use platforms like Buildium for property management, the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information remain under our control.
Upon receiving a verifiable request, we will disclose the following information:
-The types and categories of personal information collected.
-The business purpose for collecting the information.
-The categories of third parties with whom we share this information and the purpose of sharing it.
You also have the right to request a copy of your personal information in a format that can be transferred to other entities (data portability). However, Buildium may restrict access to certain sensitive information if it presents a security risk.
Deletion of Personal Information
You may request that Superb Living Property Management delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions. This request should be submitted to us. If you have a direct relationship with Buildium, requests should be directed to them through the channels provided in their privacy policy.
Once we receive and verify your request, we will delete or de-identify your information (and direct our service providers to do the same) unless:
-Retaining the data is necessary to complete a transaction, provide the requested services, or maintain our business relationship.
-The information is needed to detect or prevent security incidents or illegal activity.
-The data is required to debug systems or perform legal obligations.
-Retention is required by law or for other legitimate business purposes.
VII. Consumer Request Responses and Timelines
We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. We may extend this timeline to 90 days if necessary and will notify you of any delays.
